Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

We process orders very quickly to get your party supplies to you on time. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make a change. We will try our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed and shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We are proud to ship our celebration supplies globally! However, we are currently unable to deliver to Asia and a few remote areas.

What are my shipping options?

We offer two great options:
– Standard Shipping ($12.95): Processed in 1-2 business days and delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 days after shipment. Perfect for when you need your items sooner!
– Free Shipping: For all orders over $50! Shipped via EMS, delivered within 15-25 days after shipment. A fantastic, cost-effective way to shop.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order (longer during peak holiday seasons), plus the shipping time chosen. So, your goodies will typically arrive between 11-27 business days after you place your order, depending on the shipping method selected.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

What should I do if I enter the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address at checkout! If you notice a mistake, email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and the correct address. We can only change it if the order hasn’t been processed yet.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our goal! If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs).
