Return & Exchange Policy Overview

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Start by contacting our customer service team within the 15-day return window. You can reach us at [email protected]. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Product name and quantity
  • Reason for return or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please do not ship any items back without this authorization, as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Once approved, carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase and the RAN. Ship the package to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as shipping the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Step 4: Processing Your Return or Exchange

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, your refund will be processed, or your exchange item will be shipped out to you.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow:

  • 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement (for Visa, MasterCard, and JCB payments)
  • 3-5 business days for refunds to your PayPal account

Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Information

If you’re requesting an exchange for a different item, we’ll ship the new product once we receive and process your return. Standard shipping rates will apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Face & Body Paint (for hygiene reasons)
  • Baking Cups and other food-adjacent products
  • Plastic Cutlery and tableware that has been opened
  • Balloons that have been inflated or used
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible, at no additional cost to you.
