Please Note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather, or carrier delays. We serve customers globally (excluding Asia and some remote regions).

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your party supplies! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Timeframe: We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your items.

Non-Returnable Items: To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Baking cups (for hygiene reasons)
  • Balloons & accessories (due to their delicate nature)
  • Apparel crafts and customized items
  • Any used or damaged products

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Include original packing slip or order number
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Return Process

Following these steps will help us process your return quickly:

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time: After we receive and approve your return, please allow:

  • 3-5 business days for refund processing
  • Additional time for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your payment method and financial institution)

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your account

Important Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return.
