Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your party supplies! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return Timeframe: We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your items.
Non-Returnable Items: To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns of:
- Baking cups (for hygiene reasons)
- Balloons & accessories (due to their delicate nature)
- Apparel crafts and customized items
- Any used or damaged products
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Include original packing slip or order number
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Refund Information
Refund Processing Time: After we receive and approve your return, please allow:

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

Important Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return.
